Photography and the use of Video Policy Statement

Clumber Park Cricket Club is keen to promote positive images of Young People playing cricket and is not banning the use of photographic equipment. To this end we intend to adhere to the following guidelines as recommended within the ECB Welfare of Young People Policy.

Use of Images of Young People on the web, in the media, or in club handbooks and newsletters.

• Parents will be consulted prior to the use of an image.
• The player concerned will also be asked for their permission to use the image.
• The club will avoid naming the cricketer if at all possible.
• Only images of a cricketer in appropriate dress will be used
• Any examples of inappropriate use of images should be reported to the Club Welfare Officer immediately.

Use of Video as a coaching aid.

• There is no intention to prevent this key aid to effective coaching.
• Players and parents will be made aware of its use.
• No images will be stored for longer than required in the context of coaching.
• Written consent will be obtained from all parents and or guardians.

When completing the form please sign the declaration of consent if you agree to the club using photographic images or video.
