The Players Representative As the club continues to evolve and grow it is increasingly important to have good communication between the management of the club and its members on the field whether junior or senior. The player’s representative is a contact point for all players and when necessary the parents of junior players. The role encompasses all playing matters and, as a member of the Management Committee, will be a source of information about cricketing matters. So if you have any issues, problems or praise which you feel needs bringing to the attention of the Management Committee I am there to fight your corner. This is an innovation to improve communication within the club and give all players a voice so don’t be shy in coming forward. Any matter brought to my attention will be treated in confidence if so requested. Simon Dean For contact details see Club Officials.
